Low confidence chara tries & fails to boost confidence with horoscopes & charms but succeeds with Nakama Power 😑. How about separate exercise like jogging, stretching, squats, etc. Tribe Cool Crew & Akebi-chan series have far more sense than this.

I don't know how deep these characters will go but I see no hints that she came from a troubled home. Did she always have low confidence? Is her family superstitious?
Even if she had at least moderate confidence at some point & had "bad luck" back then, then it's more likely she was just a ditzy klutz.

It was so wonderful how her group supported her...However, you KNOW this is NOT how things work in seiyuu work IRL...The weak are trampled, and quickly discarded. As how it happens in MOST "Big Businesses" and "Corporations". So thank goodness that Airi-chan only exists in this Anime! 😅
